A Flexible, Individualized Approach
Every person and family is different. Rather than following a predetermined schedule of services, we’ll work together to select the therapeutic supports that best fit your goals each month. Treatment may include individual therapy, parent support, family sessions, care coordination, or other services depending on what will be most helpful at that point in your journey.

25-35 minutes - $150
Talk therapy is an important part of treatment, but therapy doesn’t always look the same. Sessions may include behavioral skill building, exposure-based treatment, or other evidence-based approaches based on your goals.

These sessions focus on helping parents navigate challenging behaviors, strengthen parenting strategies, and develop practice plans to use between appointments.

Family sessions provide an opportunity to strengthen communication, work through conflict, and improve relationships within the family.

Sometimes meaningful progress requires collaboration beyond the therapy office. Care coordination may include communication with school, physicians, or other professionals to ensure everyone is working toward the same goals.

Life doesn’t wait until the next scheduled appointment. Check-in calls provide timely guidance, problem solving, or support between sessions.

Written resources are developed to promote consistency between between sessions and help families put strategies into practice.

Observation & Recommendations - $450
Add on Meeting to Review - $150 ($600 total)
Observing a student within the classroom provides valuable information that cannot always be gathered through conversation alone. Following the observation, families receive individualized recommendations, with the option to add a school meeting to review findings and collaborate with the educational team.

A comprehensive assessment designed to identify the factors contributing to chronic school avoidance or refusal and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations for intervention. These evaluations may be requested by families, school districts, educational advocates, or league teams and are individualized based on the scope of the evaluation.
